WELCOME DAVE GOODWIN

The Wily Fox Brewery welcomes on board ‘Dave Goodwin’. Dave has joined the team and will be working alongside John in our brewery to maintain the high standards and keep the momentum going that has built up in our first year. John & Dave share a past from when they once worked together during their time at Thwaites Brewery. This shared background can only be good for the beer!

Dave has a strong brewing background working for breweries such as Thwaites and Sam Smith and is very well respected in the professional brewing arena. Dave will be putting the first of his recipes to the test very shortly so keep an eye out for it.

DAVE GETS HIS HANDS DIRTY

Dave got straight down to business and got stuck into making his first brew of week, this Crafty Fox batch will be one to remember. We captured Dave hard at work removing the spent grain from the Mash Tun just before it goes to a local farmer to feed cattle.
