GOOD KARMA FOR AWARD WINNING BREWERY

We cannot express in words how the award winning brewery team at Wily Fox are feeling today. We are over the moon and beyond with the success our beers are having across the UK.
It’s one month away from our second birthday and we are celebrating early in yet another round of prestigious awards for our beers.

Last night we attended the SIBA national beer awards which were held at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre. Our previous Regional Winner ‘Karma Citra’ was re-entered for the national competition and was awarded Gold in the Standard bitters and Pale Ales category. Karma Citra then went on to be awarded the Bronze in the Overall Champion Small Pack Beers group.
This is the culmination of the journey started at last year’s SIBA NW regional competition where Karma Citra was awarded Gold in its category and Overall Silver Champion Beer.

To have received these awards in such a highly contended competition, up against the best of the beers from across all of the 8 UK regions really makes these awards special to us, and we are really proud of this achievement.

This carries on from a great start to the week we had as we collected an award from Manchester CAMRA from the recent Manchester Beer Festival, where Karma Citra was awarded Overall Runner Up for the Manchester Brewers Challenge. A competition in which all the brewers were asked to submit 1 beer and take part in the judging panel to select the best beers from a highly contested and diverse range of beers.

A great Wily Fox team effort and these awards reinforce our commitment and dedication to brewing beer of the highest quality.
